Many people decide to take up short courses after their degree. These can range from one day Courses to Higher Education & Accredited Special Purpose Awards.
Continued Professional Development (CDP) is often a necessary part of many different professions. (See relevant link on FAQ page)
There are many different evening, part time and full time courses on offer in Cork.
Why would one decide to do additional training?
Perhaps to compliment the degree which they already have, to add a new skill/a new string to their bow, to change direction or perhaps as a hobby/interest.
For example this might be to learn a new language, improve your IT skills, to study Autism Skills, Credit Union Governance or to take up photography etc. The choices are endless – there is great variety!
