The Generation Workday (GW) Technology Rotation Program exposes our new hires in Tools to our technology stack through several rotations and specialized trainings. You’ll be using a variety of technologies to develop features and products, while exploring what drives your passions and interests. Along the way, there are opportunities for international travel for training and assignments and by the end of your year-long rotation, you'll have an opportunity to decide the direction you’d like to take your career at Workday - Software Developer, Dev Ops…there are many possibilities to explore.

Requirements:

We value hard working individuals with good verbal and written communication who are motivated and not afraid to ask questions. In addition, we also look for: A passion for learning software development and realize that you’ve only just begun Experience and/or a deep understanding of Object Oriented Design and Programming with Java, ability to communicate design ideas using UML Familiar with development tools and processes, such as source control (e.g. SVN, Git), IDE (e.g., Eclipse, IntelliJ), Unit testing frameworks (i.e. JUnit) Have demonstrated the ability to quickly pick-up new technologies and languages and are motivated to understand various technologies used at Workday Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields Some technology you’ll likely work with: Java, Scala, Spring Framework (Web Flow, Depe
