Award Parchments & Transcripts of Results
An original award parchment is a valuable document that cannot be re-issued if misplaced or destroyed. It should remain in the safe possession of the graduate at all times.
Parchments not collected on the day of graduation can be collected from the Examinations Office on presenation of your student ID. Parchments not collected will be posted In January 2017 to graduates. Parchments are sent by registered post to the address on your student record. It is the student's responsibility to ensure this address is up to date. This can be done by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Returned parchments will kept by the Examinations Office for collection.
A duplicate parchment may be issued provided applicants declare in writing that to the best of their knowledge their original parchment has been irretrievably lost or damaged. There is a fee for each duplicate parchment requested. Please note that all duplicate parchments issued are marked ‘Duplicate’.

A transcript is a detailed statement of the results you have achieved during the duration of your studies at CIT
If you attended any of the constituent colleges listed below, please apply directly to the relevant college for your transcript as this will expedite your request:

Transcripts for CIT courses based in Bishopstown campus can be obtained by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org please include your name, date of birth, student ID number (if known) area of study and a current address to send the transcript to.
