ebrary - Reader
Reading the eBooks on ebrary couldn't be easier. We recommend you use the ebrary Reader option. This will open the ebook up in a new window with very useful tools and features.
On the right hand side of the screen you have the options of looking at the Table of Contents (TOC) and going directly to the Chapter or Section within a chapter you want.
You can also create Notes as you read the eBook. These are then saved by the system and are there for you when you return to the book. The Notes you write and save will also show you the pages in the book where you made them. Only you will see your notes.
There is also a Speech function in ebrary so that, if you wish, you can have sections of the book or highlighted text read out loud to you.
In Prefs you can set some preferences for how the eBook text looks, the different colours for highlights and searches, and the format of your citations or references.
