Week Four - Positive Health and Wellbeing Week

Week 4 is Personal Health & Well-Being week. Now that you are a few weeks in you should be finding your feet, this week will focus on encouraging you to find the right work / life balance. Success in college is all about finding a balance! Call to the Just Ask! desk for tips on how to get this balance right.

Everyday

The Just Ask! desks will be around campus all this week run by the Good Start Ambassadors. Call over to ask any question you may have, the team will only be too happy to help. Remember they were all in first year once too. (link to just ask page)

Just Ask! about Money Management will run this week. Everything you need to know about getting the most bang for your buck and making it last so you don’t run out.

Monday

A Healthy CIT along with Good Start, the Dept of Sport, Leisure and Childhood Studies and the Dept of Tourism and Hospitality bring you - 'A Healthy CIT' Cooking Demo! This will be held on Monday at 1pm in the Demo Theatre in T117. Tickets are free but space is limited so get there early. Tasters and a recipe book for attendees.

Thursday

There will be healthy tips and tricks from the Just Ask about A Healthy CIT in the Main Corridor at lunchtime today.
