Now Hiring Students

Would you like to be a Good Start Ambassador or a Student Leader?

If so, CIT is recruiting now for students to begin working from September 2019! Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you outgoing, professional, helpful and able to work as part of a team? Then we want you to apply today!

Good Start Ambassadors

Good Start Ambassadors are involved in all aspects of the Good Start welcome programme acting as positive influencers who help new students settle into CIT. Good Start is run by students for students and aims to help first years find their way and feel like they belong in CIT. The Good Start programme has a presence on all CIT campuses. Throughout the first four weeks of college the Good Start Ambassadors help first years find their feet in CIT and create a sense of belonging by answering questions at the Just Ask! desks, running competitions such as the Golden Ticket, creating content for the CIT social media campaign and facilitating Get Connected events in academic departments which help students get to know other students in their classes. NB: Once the Good Start programme of activities is completed in week 4, Good Start Ambassadors will join the wider cohort of Student Leaders and will be eligible to sign up for work available to Student Leaders in CIT.

We are looking to recruit a small team of hardworking, outgoing, enthusiastic CIT students to be Good Start Ambassadors and help us run and event manage the Good Start 2019 campaign across all CIT campuses. Check out the Good Start Ambassador role descriptor here. Apply through the form below, with your CV and Cover Letter.
