Cyber criminals often rely heavily on a user making a mistake. One of the prime tools they use is to try and trick a user into clicking something malicious, thus opening a hole in the organisation’s cyber security defences.

NB: Regardless of the sophistication of an organisations technical cyber security, if a user makes an individual mistake it can undermine those technical defences

The most important defence against this is ‘User Awareness’  of the risks associated and users being vigilant

For this reason we want all our students to ‘#THINKB4UCLICK’

This campaign aims to build cyber security vigilance into our culture in CIT

Cyber security threats are not going to go away, so we want all colleagues to make it the norm to ‘#THINKB4UCLICK’
