The MTU Arena will be open from 7.30am

Yes, stands may be delivered on Wed Oct 4 to the MTU Arena, MTU Bishopstown Campus, Cork. Storage is at your own risk and MTU do not accept any liability for any damage/ theft etc.

Yes, trolleys will be provided. 

We suggest that you have sufficient staff to unload and set up your stand. Student Leaders wearing distinctive blue hoodies will also be available to help wherever possible.

Our colleagues in ‘Extended Campus’ are hosting an informal Employer network event. You are welcome to join/ drop in as it suits to meet MTU Staff over a coffee or bring a ‘Doggy bag’ with you if you are under time pressure. Kick off 7.30am tbc.

10.15am Graduates, 3rd & 4th years attend.

12.00pm All students welcome to attend.

2.00pm-2.30pm Shhh…. Quiet Time

This is time set aside to accommodate students who prefer a quieter atmosphere with less external stimuli. We respectfully ask that music/ screens etc. are turned off/ minimized at this time.

Each stand will be allocated 2 plug points.

Complimentary breakfast will be provided 7.30 am on campus. Details to follow. We also offer each employer 2 complimentary vouchers to cover a coffee/ tea and a scone or similar.

Please measure your stand carefully before booking. Regretfully we cannot change the layout on the day. There are 2 sizes – medium and large.
