Examination Results
MTU Cork Campus:
Semester 1 Results will be released as follows -
2025-2026 Semester One Examination Period - Friday, 23rd january
To Access your Results:
- You can access your results by logging into to MyBan Student at this link

- Just Ask About Results January 2026 is a great guide which explains lots of topics around the results; compensation, script viewing etc.
If you have unpaid fees on your account, a Hold will have been placed on your results. Your results will be released on payment of fees. This process can take up to five working days from payment date. Queries in relation to fees should be addressed to feescork@mtu.ie, quoting your student ID no.
Should you require technical support in accessing your results or resetting your password, contact the IT Service Desk, servicedesk@mtu.ie, quoting your student ID Number (Rnumber).
Assessment Appeals and Review of Module Mark:
Assessment Appeals and Review of Module Mark applications are now being accepted. Closing date for applications is Friday, 30th January 2026 @ 4pm.
Script Viewings
Following the release of the exam results, students have the opportunity to query and view their exam script(s) or continous assessment material if they are unhappy with their result.
Students are required to complete the script viewing request application form in order to view their material.
Once the application form has been submitted within the deadline, the exams office will contact the student.
