Letters/Certification of Attendance

Standard Letters of Attendance are only available from the Admissions Office at specific times of the year.

Please contact your Departmental Secretary for all letter types at any time during the year.

Form Stamping

This includes social welfare forms, medical card application forms, grant forms, etc... and all forms should be completed before being presented to the Admissions Office. Your student ID card must also be presented when requesting forms to be stamped.

Students studying on the Cork campus should present their form to the Admissions Office on the Ground Floor of the Administration Building, Bishopstown Campus. The completed forms can also be sent to AdmissionsCork@mtu.ie for stamping.
