Conferrings

If you are unable to attend your conferring ceremony, you will be conferred in absentia. Between the 14th and 19th November 2022 you can call to the Examinations Office (Melbourn Building) to collect your parchment. Parchments will be posted, before January 2023, to your home address as noted on your student record. If your home address has changed, please email awardsCork@mtu.ie with your new details.

OUTSTANDING FEES

Please note that all outstanding fees (and late penalties) must be paid in full to the University by Friday 14th October 2022 in order to be eligible to graduate.  While a fee remains unpaid it is not possible to have an award conferred by the University. Graduands can check their account balance and clear any unpaid fees online at www.cit.ie/pay. Queries regarding outstanding fees should be emailed to feesCork@mtu.ie stating your name and student number.

If you received a Temporary Parchment at your conferring, please email 'awardsCork@mtu.ie' to arrange for it to be swapped for one with your correct details.
