Graduand Information:
Guest Tickets
Each graduand will be allocated two guest tickets You can collect your tickets when collecting your Robe in F Block where ticket desks will be set up. Unfortunately, due to capacity, requests for extra tickets cannot be considered.
Robes
All graduates must pre-book robes with the official robe-makers, Phelan Conan Limited www.phelanconan.com
Due to the implementation of a personal 3D secure password during the credit card payment process on https://www.phelanconan.com Phelan Conan Ltd staff are no longer able to take bookings over the phone. This has been created to protect your online payments and if you don’t already have a 3D secure password you can activate it by following the simple instructions during the booking process. If you experience any further problems with 3D secure process, please contact your bank.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Lafayette Photographers will be located on campus to take professional individual and family portraits. Please visit their website www.lafayette.ie to pre-book now. Pre-booking is highly recommended for your photography session.
On the Day
GRADUANDS
It is essential you are robed and seated 20 minutes prior to the start time of your conferring ceremony.

GRADUANDS & GUESTS WITH ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

PARCHMENTS
If you are unable to attend your conferring ceremony, you will be conferred in absentia.
OUTSTANDING FEES
Please note that all outstanding fees (and late penalties) must be paid in full to the University by Friday 13th October 2023 in order to be eligible to graduate. While a fee remains unpaid it is not possible to have an award conferred by the University.
