Employability skills are the skills and strengths needed to succeed at work.
They include things like communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, as well as the skills gained from your degree.
These skills help adapt, solve problems, and achieve objectives at work. They’re just as important as qualifications or technical knowledge!
