Mindfulness Course
KORU / MIEA Mindfulness Course
The KORU/MIEA Mindfulness Course is the only evidence-based mindfulness course designed for college-aged adults. Students who take the course learn practical skills to help manage stress, overthinking and to experience less self-judgement. The course is free to MTU students, is held weekly for 4 classes of 75 minutes each and is facilitated in a group format. Access to a Koru mobile app is supported along with an E-copy of 'The Mindful Twenty Something' book in the MTU Library, both of which are excellent accompanying resources for the course.
